• Designed and built a real-time streaming media web-based service using Flex 3.0, Spring MVC, Spring Web Services, Flash Media Server, Hibernate, Tomcat and MySQL.
• Developed a custom framework to facilitate a robust Flex UI view layer and provide support for Flex/Spring integration with communication to a Web Services backend.
• Lead a geographically dispersed development team, managing the development process and mentoring junior developers on the best practices of software development using the aforementioned technologies.
